The National Karate Institute-Moorestown curriculum provides a great way for adults to stay in shape. It won’t become dull or routine because as soon as you get better and continue learning, there are always more challenges ahead to keep you inspired and coming back for more!

Adult Martial Arts Taekwondo Fitness Karate

Weapons Club

Ages: Orange Belt or Over

Our weapons club will enhance your skills and understanding of the art of Kun Gek Do. Any child or adult having an orange belt or above can join. The weapons used are all realistic weapons that can be found at home. These weapons include; Bo Staff (broom stick), Bong (short stick), chain (rope), and later on you will be taught with a sword. This club is separate from our regular Martial Arts curriculum. Students will wear a separate uniform and patch. This club also uses a separate ranking system. No Ninja Turtle aged children are eligible and any student who wants to participate must be an orange belt or higher.

Fitness Kickboxing

Cardio Martial Arts

Ages: 16+

This program helps you get fit and toned while learning self-defense.

This eclectic fitness class combines the benefits of aerobic / cardio kickboxing with real Martial Arts techniques that work.

You will be combining abs, gluts, and flexibility work along with traditional Pilates mat exercises for additional strength and toning.


Tai-Chi/Qi Gong

Ages: 16+

Qi Gong has been practiced for thousands of years. It is very gentle and simple but very effective.

In recent years, it has become more well-known in America and is respected for its healing benefits. You have probably seen its influence in American culture through acupuncture, the use of herbs,T’ai Chi, yoga, and other holistic modalities rooted in the Qi Gong principals.

When you enroll in Qi Gong classes, you will calm your mind, speed healing, reduce stress, and prevent illness. Your body, mind, and spirit will be integrated with simple movements and methods that are easy, enjoyable, and beneficial. The effects are both immediate and long term.
